No, it doesn't. The lights run on 12v and need wiring to a transformer.

We recommend that the total wattage of the connected lights shall not exceed 80% of the transformer's power rating.

16 feet (30% larger coverage area than most path lights)
6. What is the recommended spacing installation?
Recommended spacing: 10' - 13'. Suitable for wide-area lighting to create an open, bright atmosphere. Spacing can be increased appropriately.
