Tax Exemption Policy
U.S. Pro customers with a valid state Sales Permit and a completed Resale Certificate for qualifying resale purchases may be eligible for sales tax exemption.
Tax documents must be submitted and approved before tax-exempt status can be applied to a Pro account.
Once approved, eligible orders for resale may be processed without sales tax in accordance with applicable state regulations.
Sample & New Product Trial Policy
Gardenreet may provide product samples or early access to new products for selected Pro accounts based on account activity, project relevance, or partnership level.
Sample or trial opportunities are offered at Gardenreet’s discretion and are not guaranteed for all Pro members.
