What Items Are Eligible for a Return?

Unused Products

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Once returned and inspected, we will refund the cost of the product (excluding return shipping).
  • No return handling fee will be charged.

Used Products

Used items can only be returned if they are defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
For defective products:
  • GardenreetĀ® covers the return shipping cost
  • GardenreetĀ® covers the shipping cost for the replacement
  • Contact us for anĀ return label
  • After we receive the item, we will test and verify the defect
  • Once the item is confirmed defective, a replacement will be shipped within 48 hours. If you choose a refund instead, it will be issued within 48 hours

What Is the Return Process?

  • Non-Quality Issues: Please include photos of the product packaging and proof that the item is new, along with the quantity you wish to return.
  • Quality Issues: Please provide photos showing the problem, so we can better understand and process your request.
Step 2: Verification & Return Label
  • We will verify your request within 1–2 business days and send you a return label once approved.
Step 3: Return Verification & Refund
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, a refund will be issued promptly.
  • Refunds and warranty replacements are usually processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned or defective item.

You must notify GardenreetĀ® within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no cost to you, including shipping.
