What Is the Return Process?

Non-Quality Issues: Please include photos of the product packaging and proof that the item is new, along with the quantity you wish to return.

Quality Issues: Please provide photos showing the problem, so we can better understand and process your request.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, a refund will be issued promptly.
- Refunds and warranty replacements are usually processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned or defective item.
