No, it doesn't. The lights run on 12v and need wiring to a transformer.
4. What size transformer should I choose?
We recommend that the total wattage of the connected lights shall not exceed 80% of the transformer's power rating.

6. What is the recommended spacing installation?
Recommended spacing: 10'. Note: Smaller light spots require reduced spacing to ensure continuity, suitable for paths of medium width.
