1. What is the waterproof design of this underwater light?
Our underwater lights are designed with an IP68 waterproof rating and can work continuously in water depths of over 1 meter.
2. Are these dimmable?
You can change the light color by changing the bulb.
3. Does it come with a plug? Are these lights for 120v systems?
No, it doesn't. The lights run on 12V and need wiring to a transformer.
4. Does it include a transformer, and can it be used with any standard transformer?
These underwater lights need wiring to a low voltage transformer(sold separately), and are not plug-and-play. Compatible with most transformers.
5. What size transformer should l choose?
We recommend that the total wattage of the connected lights shall not exceed 80% of the transformer's power rating.
6. What type of bulb does this underwater light use, and what is the max wattage?
Our low voltage landscape underwater lights accept LED and halogen MR16 bulbs, up to 50W.
7. What should l do if the light doesn't turn on?
Ensure the bulb is properly inserted. If it still doesn't work, test with a working bulb from another light. lf it lights up, the bulb is faulty; lf not, the fixture may have an issue. Please reach out for assistance.
8. Would like to replace with a 5000k LED bulb. Can this be done?
The bulb can be replaced for different brightness and colors to fit existing landscape lighting.
